PAE is an expert in retail roll-out services. For firms with American or European design standards, PAE will localize the design, specifications, and advise on procurement and contracting strategies. Once the Japanese program has been set up, PAE will visit and document potential sites, produce final design drawings based on the retailer's guidance, bid and supervise the construction and assist in the opening.
