As the Tokyo real estate market continues to grow, many opportunities have become available for developers that require aggressive actions. This client purchased a difficult yet appealing site in a prominent Tokyo neighborhood that presented PAE with many challenges, such as extremely narrow site access, tenuous retaining walls, and various elevation changes.
Results! Within a twelve-month construction period, PAE maximized the building area and created nine high-end apartment units targeting the foreign expatriates' community. Sub-level units were designed as exclusive two-storey maisonette units in order to bring the utmost amount of natural daylight into the bedrooms and living spaces. The building became fully leased within 2-3 months of completion.
