Program: As mandated by the Chiyoda Ward Office, 125 residential units were integrated into the design of the Prudential Tower. Originally designed as Japanese long-term rental units, the target market was changed to foreign ex-patriots, multi-national employees, and serviced apartment users when Rockwood (Prudential Financial/Mori J.V.) acquired the project from Chiyoda Seimei. PAE revised the layouts of each unit to address the new target profile. PAE then coordinated with M. Ito Design to create a modern interior design that appeals to Western-minded guests.   Location: Nagatacho, Tokyo
Client: Prudential Insurance Company of America
Size: 20,000 ㎡ (125 units)
PAE Services: Interior Design Consultant, and Interior Design by M. Ito Design
Contractor: Taisei Corporation
Completion: January 2003
