Program:
The program and design for this project
responded to the client’s desire to develop
a long term investment property that could
be both viable for short term VIP
accommodations during the the Aichi World
Expo in 2006 and for continued, long term
use thereafter. The 8 unit project,
consisting of 6 story units and 2 large flats,
housed the Expo’s US Ambassador and
still remains as one of Nagoya’s premier
luxury housing projects.
