Program: As part of the continuing expansion of Narita Airport, Northwest Airlines relocated their lounges and air-side facilities to Satellite 2 within a very fast 4-month schedule. The flagship lounge was created from two separate spaces, joined by a reception area of granite floors and cherry wood paneling. Lounge chairs and carpets from the US and Japan contributed to a bright and relaxed modern atmosphere, complemented by a selection of artwork from young Asian artists.
