Program: The client was previously located on 4 separate floors and wanted to gain greater efficiency and economy of space, function, and circulation. PAE created a functional and modern design on 2 consecutive floors that are connected by an internal stair. The objective was to maximize efficiency and give greater access to common functions such as conference rooms, video conference, library, war rooms, copy center, etc. The back office features partial glass walls that allow the penetration of natural light.
Well-distributed printer stations and filing areas enhance support for the firm's operations.
