Program: MIU MIU's design features a minimalist red and white painted interior, exposed concrete finish floor, and a clean ceiling surface free of access panels. The exterior shell is composed of pre-cast concrete panels and large size high-transparent glass shipped from Germany. PAE was faced with challenging Italian-side requirements regarding cost, technique, and code conformance for both design and construction.
