Program: Previously divided on 9 separate floors, the client wanted better efficiency in utilizing space and maximizing staff productivity. At the same time, the internal and external branding of the workplace needed to be renewed to better align with their global concepts. PAE designed 3 floors to accommodate all the various departments and to meet all the demands for seminar and meeting spaces. The design features a quality client area that expresses Hartford’s tradition in a contemporary setting. Another highlight is the flexibility of the cafeteria that can accommodate 2 separate seminar events or a single large “town hall” meeting.   Location: Shiodome, Tokyo
