Program: Capital Servicing wanted to create an attractive and efficient working environment for a rapidly expanding staff of service providers to financial clients. To allow all staff to enjoy views from the tower, private offices and meeting rooms on the perimeter were constructed of sound-proof double-glass walls and doors.
Client areas were made attractive but discreet by a combination of natural materials such as wood flooring and furniture and accent panels in the clients corporate color. A generous break room for staff use was enlivened by a "super-graphic" covering one entire wall.
The project was constructed in several phases, and work was completed on time and within a very limited budget.
