Program: Occupying a space with a 10-year old dealing room, Bear Stearns decided to expand their space and take the opportunity to create an entirely new dealing room. High banks of monitors were eliminated in favor of a "line of sight" policy that allows clear views across the space, contributing to a better working atmosphere. PAE also worked with Bear Stearns to refurbish the rest of their offices, conference rooms, and reception area.
