Program: With Banana Republic's entry into the Japanese market, the client was looking for an experienced local partner to successfully implement and roll-out their stores. PAE began by conducting a complete segmentation chart of of local and international brands to determine where Banana Republic should position themselves.
In addition to providing complete design services, PAE collaborated closely with GAP's US HQ to develop the design standards for the Japan stores.
