Program: The client wanted to convert a sterile data center into a creative work environment that encourages collaboration and the free exchange of ideas. One floor accommodates two significant functions; IT and Corporate Services support and general back office administration that supports the bank and its 16 branches. Another floor supports a project-based organization which involves staff rotation every few months. A ring of project rooms separates individual workstations from the central open meeting area. A third floor accommodates a Network Operation Center which monitors all nationwide operations. It also houses a Service Desk which is equipped with a testing lab to respond to any technical issues that arise.
